THE SCRIPTURES
We believe that the Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

THE TRUE GOD.
We believe the Scriptures teach that there is one, and only one, living and true God, an infinite, intelligent Spirit, the Maker and Supreme Ruler of heaven and earth.
Genesis 1:1 in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

THE WAY OF SALVATION:
We believe the scripture teach that the salvation of sinners is wholly by grace; through the mediator offices of the Son of God.
Philippians 2:6-11 King James Version (KJV)
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

JUSTIFICATION
We believe the scripture teach that the great Gospel blessing which Christ secures to such as believe in him is justification; that justification includes the pardon of sin, and the promise of eternal life based not on righteousness which we have done; but by the righteousness of Christ freely imputed to us.
1 John 2:2 (KJV) reads: “And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

REGENERATION
We believe the scripture teach that in order to be saved sinners must be regenerated or born again.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

SANCTIFICATION
We believe the Scripture teach that Sanctification is the process by which according to the will of God, we are made partakers of his holiness; that it is a progressive work carried on in the hearts of believers by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit.
1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;
John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
